Put together an exercise group. Offer your staff an early mark once a week and go out and train together. A group that exercises together will stay together. So everyone can feel involved, each week make a different employee responsible for organizing and delivering the session. 5. Encourage your Staff to Eat Healthy
When staff meetings are a necessity, cater with healthier options. You might be surprised at how many people would prefer this over the sugary, fatty options most companies offer.
